Day 94.

BMI: 23.75   Age: 20   Training time: 30 mins.   Steps: 12 768 steps.

30 minutes of freesteps. That's all.

Day 93.

BMI: 23.83   Age: 24   Training time 34 mins.   Steps: 9 806 steps.

The age turned out to be older since I did pretty bad on the walking test, bleh. And I almost got the 10 000 steps but I was tierd... Ah well really, heh.
I started off with 14 minutes of yoga as my back hurt a bit and I felt like starting it out in an easy way. Then I went for muscle work out for 10 minutes, doing the lunge and other sorts of things(my legs hurt the day after!). After that I jogged for 10 minutes. I need to jog more, really. It's tiering but fun plus it's a goood excercise.

Day 92.

BMI: 23.67   Age: 20   Training time: 0mins.   Steps: 10 650 steps

I finally had day off and.. I simply didn't want to train. I had alot of other things to do instead. And the weight was so little since I didn't eat much either.

Day 91.

BMI: 24.06   Age: 20   Training time: 40 mins.   Steps: 17 443 steps.

I didn't have too much time, was training late because of work and such. So I basicly did 40 minutes of free steps, watching tv with my dad.. But I had to stop in the middle, he didn't like the sounds from the remote, lawl.

Day 90.

BMI: 24.02   Age: 20   Training time: 36 mins. Steps: 15 261 steps.

I had to work yestarday(I write the day afterwards, for the sake of the steps!) so there wasn't too much time for training. But I did 30 minutes of free steps and then a small jog for 4 minutes and ending it with the hoola hoops. But in the end of the hoola hoops my heart started to hurt so I decided to stop for that day. I belive there wasn't any danger but it does throw you off. Ah well, still training and going strong!

Day 89.

BMI: 23.67   Age: 20   Training time: 38 mins. Steps: 8 990 steps

So I didn't take enough steps but WOW, look at the BMI! It can't be true, really. But Im happy anyway.
I had a day off from work but as our computer broke the day earlier, I had to fix the setups and such, installing programs, so there wasn't enough time to walk.
But I did Wii fit, starting with 8 minutes of yoga. And you can guess what comes after that.. 30 minutes of free steps! Hahaha. Ah well, at least I trained.

Day 88.

BMI: 23.91   Age: -   Training time: -   Steps: 13 267 steps.

I was really hurried as I was meeting up with a friend after work so there was no time to actually train. I just steped up on the balanceboard to check the weight and then ate dinner, just to run to the subway afterwards.
But I was surprised about the weightloss, didnt think I'd lose 0.3kgs on just 1 day, especially if I didn't really work out. But I guess my step counter helps alot, I try to walk alot more now when I wear it.

Day 87.

BMI: 24.02   Age: 20   Training time: 44 mins   Steps: 13 632 steps

I actually didn't think I'd get 24.02 again but hey, it's noting to complain about! It's going in the right direction at least.
I had a headache and I honestly didn't feel like training. So I started off with 12 minutes of yoga, which I did enjoy.
Then I decided to do the regular Hoola hoop which equals 2 minutes. And since I didn't feel like bothering too much, I went for 30 minutes of freesteps. Actually wanted to do 20 minutes but I forgot in the middle of training, hahaha.

Day 86.

BMI: 24.02   Age:20   Training time: 30 mins   Steps: 12 676 steps.

I had to train really late because I had some issues to solve so I didn't quite feel like using my remaining time to train. So just 30 minutes of freesteps.
And the BMI is a little low, I measured a little over an hour later than usually.

Day 85.

BMI: 24.30   Age: 20   Training time: 50 mins   Steps: 11 065 steps.

I finally did something else than free steps! Well I did freesteps but not ONLY free steps.
I first did some simple yoga for 12 minutes and wow, I really got worse. Need to train more yoga! Then I did muscle training for 8 minutes, including jackknifes, the lunge and the tricep thingy(forgot the name).
THEN I did 30 minutes of freesteps, haha.

I am more motivated now though, with my stepcounter. I try to do a bit over the 10 000 steps every day just for the loss f weight.

Day 84.

BMI: 24.30   Age: 21   Training time: 60 mins   Steps: 8 939 steps.

I was busy the whole day again so I only had time to do 2x30 mins of free steps. And I didnt even reach the 10 000 step limit you should do every day. Ah well.

Day 82 and 83.

BMI: -   Age: -   Training time: -   Steps: 14 855 steps.
BMI: 23.95   Age:21   Training time: 7 mins.   Steps: 15 905 steps.

So I didn't train yestarday, I simply didn't have the time! I was out shopping most of the day and took a walk around the lake, I figured that that would be enough.
And today I had a friend over for almost 6 hours. We also took a walk around the lake and I showed her a few things on the Wii fit but she mainly got to train herself. And I had dinner out on a resturant in the evening with the family so I didn't get to train then either.
But you should normaly take around 10 000 steps a day and I walked a bit more than that so it will have to do!

Another resume.

Pretty much lawl. Yeah, I didn't have the time to update because I actually went to Belgium to my boyfriend(and gained weight, can't stay off all the dutchsnacks, haha). So yes, I'm just summing everything up again. But I had my birthday, where I got a stepcounter and I also got an iPod Nano(currently located in the US) with the Nike accessory, so this spring I will start running as training.

Day 76. Steps: 5 827 steps.
Day 77. Steps: 10 122 steps.

Day 81. BMI: 24.30     Age: 20     Training time: 40 mins.     Steps: Still counting.

Well I'm gonna update Day 81 since that's today but I didn't have the time to train yet.
Edit:

The iPod and Nike system.

My stepcounter, which counts steps, km and kcal.

Resuming..

Okay so I haven't updated for quite a few days. I did train but.. The urge to update isn't there anymore. So Im concidering updating once a week and then resuming how I think the week was and such. Much easier for me, plus no guilt if I didn't have the time to update. Anyway, there were the days I has while I wasn't updating:

Day: 60    BMI: 23.67   Age: 19   Training time: 38 mins.
Day: 61    BMI: 23.79   Age: 19   Training time: -
Day: 62    BMI: 23.67   Age: 19   Training time: 30 mins.
Day: 63    BMI: 23.87   Age: 19   Training time: 23 mins.
Day: 64    BMI: 23.79   Age: 19   Training time: 50 mins.
Day: 65    BMI: 23.75   Age: 19   Training time: 38 mins.
Day: 66    BMI: 23.87   Age: 19   Training time: 38 mins.
Day: 67    BMI: 23.83   Age: 19   Training time: 32 mins.

It's kinda standing still right now but I guess that's fine, hehe.
Im aslo concidering buying the New Ipod Nano and getting Nike runner shoes for the spring. Love electronical stuff when it comes to training, gets me motivated <3.

Day 59.

BMI: 23.71   Age: 19   Training time: 40 mins

Wow, even lower today. Amazing but I still dont belive it. I only have 0.3 kgs or 0.7 kgs to lose before I go then. 0.3 is possible but not 0.7 probably. I'll keep on trying though!
AnywayI simply just went for 20 minutes of freesteps before dinner and then 20 afterwards.
