Day 14.

This is todays training:
BMI: 24.61 Age:20 Training time:44 mins.

I started off with 10 minutes of yoga, as I usually do for a warmup. I continued with muscle workout for 7 minutes. After that, since I did some jackknifes, I wanted to reward myself with something fun, so I did some balance training for 4 minutes. Then I went back to another minute of jackknifes, as the challenge option towards my trainer, which was remotely fun. Then I ended it with 23 minutes of aerobics, I love that the most. Because then I really feel like Im working out and my muscles do feel a bit sore the day afterwards.
Nothing to more to say about todays training, really.
