Day 16.

BMI: 24.73-24.61   Age:19   Training time: 47 mins.

Measuring my BMI today wasn't the happiest, gained some (itsn't much to hassle about though) but it was still a bit disappointing. But after that I decide to, for the first time, to try to measure my cats weight. You do that by just holding it, and the Wii will ask the reason for your weight gain. But when I picked up my cat, who weights around 5kg, and the Wii showed -0.2kg, I got quite surprised. Re-measured by myself and got 24.61 so Im just sticking to that for now I guess.

Did some bascis yoga for 10 mintues, which Im getting pretty good at. My balance is a lot better and I do concider my posture a bit better. I didnt feel like muscle training but I did the Jackknife challenge of 30 reps and that lasted 3 minutes.
And as usually, I want to reward myself, so I went for 5 minutes of balance training. The game Im playing is Table tilt, when you try to put the balls in the hole (s).
Then I went for aerobics. 29 full minutes, including long distance jogging! That was hard but Im glad I did it since it would be nice to be able to go out jogging outdoors.
