Day 17.

BMI:24.65-24.49   Age: 27   Training time: 34 mins.

Well something seemed to be wrong with my board, first I gained a little, tried again immediatly since it was annoying yestarday, and then I lost weight. Tried again and then I gained 2,3kg! Reset it and hopefully it'll be better now.
Didn't feel like training today either, especially with the balance board being weird so I only did 34 mins.
The regular yoga for 8 minutes and then straight to aerobics. But this time, I did jogging 2 times, which is very tiering for me and even got a 134% burnrate once, which is great. Other than that, just some Super hoola hoops and Step up plus.
