Day 21.
BMI: 24.41 Age: 23 Training time: 37 mins.
So its the 21th day, I've been doing this thing for 3 weeks! And the result...? -0.5kg this week and -2kg in total.
Its pretty amazing in my eyes but also, I know from experience that you lose more weight in the begining when you start training so it's a little expected. But it's very motivating! Especially since I wasn't healthy at the bbq yestarday, too much crisps, hahaha!
Today I didn't have too much time since I would be having dinner soon after training so I did the regular yoga for 8 minutes, no new records or anything.
Then I went straight on to aerobics, with both jogging around the island (set a new burnrate record, 187%!) and free step. All in all, the aerobics too 29 minutes.
Earlier today I also went out for a walk with my mother for 30-45 minutes so thats some extra training to add to it!
