Day 22.
BMI: 24.41 Age: 20 Training time: 40 mins.
Pretty annoying day at work for several reasons so I couldn't really focus too much. Regular yoga for 10 minutes and then I decided for some muscle workout. Tried out rowing squats, which I totally sucked at, haha. Just couldn't figure out how to balance myself. Then I also tried out an arm training exercise, which I forgot the name of.
Then it was, of course aerobics time. 19 minutes which 10 minutes was jogging. Set a new record with burnining rate at 272%.
After the jogging my balance was very off so I went for some table titling for 4 minutes. Also set a new record there, 96 points.
My mom said the other day, a reason why I can't reach my toes is that my muscles on the back of my legs are probably too short. So I ended with 2 minutes of yoga, stretching them out.
