Day 24.
BMI: 24.37 Age: 19 Training time: 40 mins.
I didn't train at my usual time today since dinner was done early and my boyfriend was heading off for a 3 day LAN and I wanted to spend as much time with him as possible. So the BMI was good, concidering it was after dinner and simply later than usual.
Started off with yoga for 8minutes, pretty crappy balance since I was, and are, pretty beat. Then I did some muscle workout, jackknifes and the arm training. Also tried out a new exercise, parallel stretch, which I was horrible at. All in all, 6 minutes.
After that it was time for the aerobics. Did the freestep for 10 minutes and then 10 minutes of jogging, which I beat a new record, burnrate at 287%.Very pleased. Im gonna try later on, when I feel ready for it, to go outside for real and jogg. But not yet.
Some balance training for 4 minutes and then 2 more minutes of yoga, to stretch out the muscles in my ankles.
