Day 25.

BMI: 24.30 Age: 19 Training time: 34 mins.

Didn't eat healthy today and I trained late today also, buh. So the BMI is probably not accurate.
But anyway, 8 minutes of regular yoga and instead of going straight to muscle workout, I went for aerobics instead. Jogged for 10 minutes and did some other excercises. All in all, 19 minutes of aerobics.
Then I went for muscle workout, armtraining and 20 jackknifes. Ended with 2 minutes of yoga again, ankle stretching.
