Day 26.

BMI: 24.37 Age: 19 Training time: 39 mins.

I could finally train at the right time so the BMI is correct now.
8 minutes of the yoga, as usually and then off to muscle workout. I trained 6 minutes, 20 reps of jackknifes and the arm workout, which is called tricep extension by the way. And some other excercise, but I forgot which one!
Then 19 minutes of aerobics and jogging was 10 minutes. I feel that I didnt drink enough water today as I felt exahusted while training.
Anyway, then 4 minutes of table tilting and ended it all with 2 minutes of yoga.

Won't train much the upcoming days, but I'll tell you why in the next post. Too lazy right now, hahaha.
