Yes, you saw that right, only 20 minutes. It's the wrong time of the month for me, meaning my perid. Truth is that it's always been painful for me so I'm not putting myself trough hard tranining then since I've fainted before and such. It's been said that training can ease the pain but not in my case, I usually feel worse afterwards.
But anyway, I figured that I could do some yoga atleast, which I did. 20 minutes with decent "records". In fact, I got a 100 points when doing the standing knee and that's the highest score you can recieve.
Not sure the BMI is correct though, its quite some difference compared to the day before. But when I re measured, I got an even lower BMI so I let this one stay.
