Day 30.

BMI: 24.34   Age:19   Training time: 36 mins.

Wow my legs are tierd today, walked so much at work today and training didn't help, hahaha.
Didn't train too much I guess but its good enough.

First 8 minutes of yoga, scoring 100 points on the warrior pose again! Then I did 6 minutes of muscle training, no jackknifes or such, but the tricep extension and the lunge. And the lunge is quite painful, haha.
And since my legs were tierd I didnt feel like hoola hops or anything, so I went for the free step for 20 minutes, which was my whole aerobics pass.
Then 2 more minutes of yoga.

Duktig, duktig :)! Jag var uppe hela natten igår bah,, och nu är jag trött. Har inte övningskört alls på senaste tiden, skit! Men sen vill jag också träna buahha...Vad bra att det gick bättre nu, sånna där konstiga dagar kommer nog lite då & då :)
