Day 31.

BMI: 24.10   Age:19   Training time: 36 mins.

Exhausted from work so I didn't train too much nor did I post yestarday. You really feel all the walking in your legs when you get home, haha.
So any way, I decided for a workout that wasn't too rough, free steps but for 30 minutes. Because of that I could watch some tv and relax a bit too. Then I ended with 6 minutes of yoga to stretch the muscles out.

The BMI is a bit too low to be true, I was hungry and such. Will probably be higher. Also, if a month since I started but I forgot to check the weight difference! I'll give you that in the next update!
