Day 33.

BMI: 24.14   Age: 19   Training time: 30 mins.

Was too tierd to update so you get it now! I ended work earlier since I worked overtime the day before and I figured I'd play staight away when I got home. Wasn't feeling like it but I put on 30 mins of Free step so I could watch some tv atleast. The only problem was that one of the first steps I made, I  slipped with my toe and it started hurting. So I had to walk 30 mins with a hurting toe. It still hurts now, after waking up in the morning so that's no good.
Ah wel, hopefully it'll get better!
