Day 34.

BMI: 24.18   Age: 19   Training time: 30 mins.

I started the day with a walk of 1h and 35 mins with my dad. So I figured that I didn't have to train too long.
So I started with 8 minutes of yoga were I scored 100 points on both the warrior pose and standing knee.
Then I went on to aerobics and did the island jogging for 10 minutes, with a burnrate of 258%. But I didn't feel like training more hard things so I did some balance games for 10 minutes and ended with 2 minutes of yoga.
