Day 35.
BMI: 24.06 Age: 19 Training time: 30 mins.
Went out for a walk with my mom today instead, for a little over 1 hour, so I figured that I didn't have to play on the Wii that long today.
I started out with muscle workout and did the singel leg extension for 2 minutes. Then I quickly switched over to hoola hoops for 3 minutes and then immediatly back to muscle training. The lunge this time, which is pretty tough but I really feel that my muscles are working hard.
Right back to aerobics after that and did the free jogging for the first time. Did that for 10 minutes and took 2 612 steps which isn't that bad at all.
Then I did some balance training for 4 minutes, table tilting. And then I ended it all with 8 minutes of yoga, with pretty crappy results.
Btw, I trained for 5 weeks now and I do notice the difference. The dress I made for a wedding in June doesnt fit that well anymore, its a little baggy around my waist and such.
