Here's the update that you didn't get yestarday!
Did the test you do to calculate your age and I got 100 points on the walking test, 50% balance on each foot. Made me pretty happy since I've gotten pretty crappy results before.

So, immediatly when I got home from work I went up and did free steps for 20 minutes. Dad wasn't home so I had the time for it.
After I made dinner and relaxed a bit, I went for 10 minutes of jogging, island jogging. Burnrate of 274%. Then I did yoga for 10 minutes to cool down.

My ankle is still hurting so I am trying to be careful, which makes it harder for me to train. But I try to train every day atleast!
