Day 39.

BMI: 24.06   Age: 25   Training time: 32 mins.

Same thing again, I trained but I didn't update on the same day!  I just didn't see it as that important, knowing today is no fun to read about.
The age... Well I failed at the walking test badly today since I didn't put my mind to it, so its quite obvious that I didn't get good scores. Because I really didn't feel like training, beat, as usually. But it's friday today (this update was for thursdays training!) so it's quite understandable.
So I simply went for 30 minutes of free steps, with my feet hurting badly, and then 2 minutes of yoga with stretching my ankles.

In 33 days I'm going down to Belgium, to my boyfriend. I wanted to lose 1 kg until then but I dont think it's possible, but its kinda my goal. And it's also my birthday in 33 days, for your information!
