Day 41.

BMI: 23.87   Age: 19   Training time: 32 mins.

Yay, Im under 24 BMI! But I think it's a bit faulty, I was hungry when I did the test.
But I did train hard today, after quite some days without it. I started off with 6 mins of yoga an then went for muscle workout. Did 20 jackknifes, the lung and some other thing, 6 mins in total. Then I went for the aerobics, Island run, with a burnrate of 298%. That's a new record. Also did the Super hoola hoop and the rythm boxing. All of that took 18 mins. Then I ended with 2 minutes of yoga.

It's easier to train at my moms place (more space) so hopefully I can train more this upcomming week!
