The start.

So yeah, this is my first REAL post. I wanted to fix the layout a little at least and since I work fulltime I didn't have any time for it. But that's gonna change now, from now on I will post every day since I train every day. Here's my story.

I bought Wii fit 2 weeks ago since they didn't have it in stock earlier and I found the whole idea interesting. A game and workout at the same time? Can it possible to be fun? I also found it more interesting since I gained some weight this last year, because of the lack of exercise and just not caring about what I ate ALL the time. So why the hell not try? I love my Wii and I need to exercise but I don't have the time to head to the gym (don't like getting sweaty and definitely not in public!) since I work fulltime.
"Sure, other people can work fulltime and have the time for the gym", you might say, because of my relationship I can't. I'm currently in a distant relationship so I spend a lot of time infront of my computer to spend time with him. But there's no regret, I love my life and soon I'll move to Belgium and start a life with him. That's my wish that will come true.
But this blog isn't about my relationship so don't expect to hear much of it, I just wanted to explain my reasons for having it this way. Exactly the way I want it.
Anyway, I don't have the time to go to the gym and I found it interesting so I bought the game.

Now, I'm not overweight or anything, I'm still in my ideal weight according to the Wii but it could be better. I mean, there's a difference between 25.16 BMI and 22 BMI. Im not fit at all, I barely have anything that you could call muscles. And if I bend over I can reach my knees and that's all. Pretty sad but its the harsh truth. When I was small I only played soccer for a few years and as I gained weight I started disliking P.E because, well, fat kids usually aren't good in P.E. and that was embarassing. Ah well, I lost weight (quite some) and found my boyfriend which I adore more than anything. According to him I wouldn't need this training because he likes me the way I am but... this is just for me. The Wii fit training is about me feeling better about myself, feeling confident.

I do excuse myself for starting this whole thing 2 weeks late but I didn't think of a blog until I saw one a few days ago, which, I have to say, was very motivating. It was a great inspiration to me to try harder so I can reach my goal and also feel better about myself.

I decided I'll train between 30-60 minutes everyday for 2 months and see what happens. I'd like to achieve the ideal 22 BMI again and just be stronger and more flexible. I will also eat healthier so the weight loss isn't only due to the training.
I will update the blog daily with what I did on the Wii that day but also current BMI and such things. It will be like a commitment and an encouragement to blog about it and I hope that you will enjoy the progress.
