BMI: 24.06 Age: 19 Training time: 36 mins.
As stated in previous post, sorry for the late updates.
Had even less time this day but I figures that I do need the training anyway, especially if my BMI got higher, again.
30 minutes of free steps and then I did 20 jackknifes on 3 minutes. Then I decided to go for the super hoola hoop. I usually do that for 3-4 minutes but I decided to make it harder and go for 6 minutes. First 3 minutes went fine but awful. I mean, jackknifes made my abs hurt so it was quite painful, hahaha. Then it was time for more. Problem was that In the middle of it, I decided to pause and turn on the lights (it was dark in the room) but when I got back, I simply dropped the rings because I didnt know my previous speed. So I only did it for 4 minutes.
