Yes, late update, again.

So I started off with 10 minutes of free steps and then went for  3 minutes of jackknifes, which equals 20 of them. Then I decided to do the free jogg. But I wanted to challange myself so I decided to jogg for 20 minutes instead of the regular 10. Ow is all I can say. Made it trough but wow I was tierd, haha! But I did 5170 meters, 5 km which I find pretty amazing for being me!
After that I slowed down with 10 minutes of yoga.
