Day 56.

BMI: 24.06   Age:21   Training time: 50 mins

1 day late but still! It was quite simple, I started off with 30 minutes of free steps before dinner. Then after dinnner I had another 20 minute walk. So that's 5000 steps, which I needed since I didnt leave the house that day!
