Day 58.

BMI: 23.79   Age: 19   Training time: 38 mins.

Making this update quick since I have to sleep.
Okay, the BMI is too good to be true probably but I ofcourse I'm happy, haha! It's under 24 and thats were I'd like to stay from now on.
I went for 30 minutes of free steps, watching Made on MTV. Then I did the super hoola hoop for 4 minutes and ended it with 20 jackknifes a.k.a. 3 minutes. The ending of the workout was quite rough but good.
