Resuming..

Okay so I haven't updated for quite a few days. I did train but.. The urge to update isn't there anymore. So Im concidering updating once a week and then resuming how I think the week was and such. Much easier for me, plus no guilt if I didn't have the time to update. Anyway, there were the days I has while I wasn't updating:

It's kinda standing still right now but I guess that's fine, hehe.
Im aslo concidering buying the New Ipod Nano and getting Nike runner shoes for the spring. Love electronical stuff when it comes to training, gets me motivated <3.

Day 59.

BMI: 23.71   Age: 19   Training time: 40 mins

Wow, even lower today. Amazing but I still dont belive it. I only have 0.3 kgs or 0.7 kgs to lose before I go then. 0.3 is possible but not 0.7 probably. I'll keep on trying though!
AnywayI simply just went for 20 minutes of freesteps before dinner and then 20 afterwards.

Day 58.

BMI: 23.79   Age: 19   Training time: 38 mins.

Making this update quick since I have to sleep.
Okay, the BMI is too good to be true probably but I ofcourse I'm happy, haha! It's under 24 and thats were I'd like to stay from now on.
I went for 30 minutes of free steps, watching Made on MTV. Then I did the super hoola hoop for 4 minutes and ended it with 20 jackknifes a.k.a. 3 minutes. The ending of the workout was quite rough but good.

Day 57.

BMI: 23.98   Age: 19   Training time: 40 mins.

Okay, starting my hard training since Im leaving in 16 days! I started with 20 minutes of free steps and then headed for 20 jackknifes(equals 3 minutes). Then I decide to do the hoola hoop for 3 minutes. Then I went for 10 minutes of free jogging while watching Made on MTV. Ended the whole workout with 4 minutes of yoga.
I am beat now but mom asked me for a walk so I guess I'll go along. Want to reach my goal badly, hahaha!

Day 56.

BMI: 24.06   Age:21   Training time: 50 mins

1 day late but still! It was quite simple, I started off with 30 minutes of free steps before dinner. Then after dinnner I had another 20 minute walk. So that's 5000 steps, which I needed since I didnt leave the house that day!

Day 55.

BMI: 23.95   Age: 19   Training time: 30 mins.

So yes, finally a better update. I didn't feel like writing in the blog nor train so there was a reason for the lack of updates.

Anyway, since I had my period, I didn't want to train. But I got my ass out of the couch and did 30 minutes of free steps, which is good enough.
Short update but it's something!

Late update!

Okay, I didn't update for a few days because I had no time, didn't train and didn't feel like it to be honest. But now when I trained and wanted to enter everything in the blog, I forgot to take all the info along to the computer! So tomorrow, for sure, I'll hand in an update! Might not train then though, it's time for my period..

Day 52: BMI: 23.95   Age: 19   Training time: 0 mins.
Day 53: BMI: 23.98   Age:  -     Training time: 38 mins.
Day 54: BMI: 23.95   Age: 19   Training time: 30 mins.

Updating day 55 later as I might train a little today atleast, despite my pain!

Day 49.

BMI: 23.75   Age: 19   Training time: 30 mins.

Didn't have too much time and I didnt feel like it so I went for 30 minutes of free steps while watching One Tree Hill (don't like the show or anything but I did see some episodes before at least).

Also trained for 7 weeks now and lost 3.6 kgs which equals around -0.5kgs a week. I have 4.4kgs left and hopefuly it'll be 3.6 kgs left before I head away to Belgium, which is in 24 days. Not counting on it but I can still hope!

Day 48.

BMI 23.75   Age: 19    Training time: 43 mins.

Yes, late update, again.

So I started off with 10 minutes of free steps and then went for  3 minutes of jackknifes, which equals 20 of them. Then I decided to do the free jogg. But I wanted to challange myself so I decided to jogg for 20 minutes instead of the regular 10. Ow is all I can say. Made it trough but wow I was tierd, haha! But I did 5170 meters, 5 km which I find pretty amazing for being me!
After that I slowed down with 10 minutes of yoga.

Day 47.

BMI: 24.02-23.95   Age: 19   Training time: 39 mins.

Yay, finally a loss! I was getting a bit worried, hahaha. And yes, updating 1 day late.
But yeah, I had to make dinner and train at the same time, which was a bit tricky. But I started with 20 minutes of free steps and then I went to check on the food. Then I did step plus for 5 minutes and then we had dinner. An hour or so after dinner I went for the island jogg( which is 10 minutes) is super speed. My side started hurting, haha.
Then I ended everything with 4 minutes of yoga.

I don't think I'll be able to lose 1 kg before I go to Belgium, to my boyfriend, but  that's fine.

Day 46.

BMI: 24.06   Age: 19   Training time: 36 mins.

As stated in previous post, sorry for the late updates.

Had even less time this day but I figures that I do need the training anyway, especially if my BMI got higher, again.
30 minutes of free steps and then I did 20 jackknifes on 3 minutes. Then I decided to go for the super hoola hoop. I usually do that for 3-4 minutes but I decided to make it harder and go for 6 minutes. First 3 minutes went fine but awful. I mean, jackknifes made my abs hurt so it was quite painful, hahaha. Then it was time for more. Problem was that In the middle of it, I decided to pause and turn on the lights (it was dark in the room) but when I got back, I simply dropped the rings because I didnt know my previous speed. So I only did it for 4 minutes.

Day 45.

BMI: 23.98   Age: 19   Time: 40 mins

Sorry for the late post(s) been busy for a few days. But that didn't keep me from training, just updating.

Slight gain on the BMI which is bleh but meh, sometimes it is like that. Went for 30 minutes of free steps and then I went for free jogging again for 10 minutes. Don't quite feel for yoga and such these days but ah well!

Day 44.

BMI: 23.95   Age: ?   Training time: 42 mins.

Didn't have time to check my age on the Wii since I was having dinner immideatly when we got home. I actually threw my clothes off and put on my training clothes and jumped on the wii. It's a gain but meh, I guess I'll live trough it?

But anyway, a bit after dinner I got upstrair to train, eventhough I wasnt in the mood. Did 30 minutes of free steps and then went for free jogging for 10 minutes. And I simply ended it with the Palm tree pose, for my ankles.
It's quite annoying though, I walk a lot at work so even when I wake up in the morning, I can feel it in my legs. Bleh.

Day 43.

BMI:  23.79   Age: 19   Training time: 0 mins.

Well I do think -0.3kgs is a bit too much but I'm not complaining. But I knew there would be a loss today! I cut my hair so yeah, go figure.
That's also why I didnt train today, it all became so late + The canadians are here now. But hopefully that won't be a problem tomorrow, since I want to make up for today.

Also, my goal is in 152 days. I have to lose 0.03kgs everyday  to get there so I do think its do able, hehe.
