Day 49.
BMI: 23.75 Age: 19 Training time: 30 mins.
Didn't have too much time and I didnt feel like it so I went for 30 minutes of free steps while watching One Tree Hill (don't like the show or anything but I did see some episodes before at least).
Also trained for 7 weeks now and lost 3.6 kgs which equals around -0.5kgs a week. I have 4.4kgs left and hopefuly it'll be 3.6 kgs left before I head away to Belgium, which is in 24 days. Not counting on it but I can still hope!

Yes, late update, again.
So I started off with 10 minutes of free steps and then went for 3 minutes of jackknifes, which equals 20 of them. Then I decided to do the free jogg. But I wanted to challange myself so I decided to jogg for 20 minutes instead of the regular 10. Ow is all I can say. Made it trough but wow I was tierd, haha! But I did 5170 meters, 5 km which I find pretty amazing for being me!
After that I slowed down with 10 minutes of yoga.

Yay, finally a loss! I was getting a bit worried, hahaha. And yes, updating 1 day late.
But yeah, I had to make dinner and train at the same time, which was a bit tricky. But I started with 20 minutes of free steps and then I went to check on the food. Then I did step plus for 5 minutes and then we had dinner. An hour or so after dinner I went for the island jogg( which is 10 minutes) is super speed. My side started hurting, haha.
Then I ended everything with 4 minutes of yoga.
I don't think I'll be able to lose 1 kg before I go to Belgium, to my boyfriend, but that's fine.

I usually do that for 3-4 minutes but I decided to make it harder and go for 6 minutes. First 3 minutes went fine but awful. I mean, jackknifes made my abs hurt so it was quite painful, hahaha. Then it was time for more. Problem was that In the middle of it, I decided to pause and turn on the lights (it was dark in the room) but when I got back, I simply dropped the rings because I didnt know my previous speed. So I only did it for 4 minutes.

Day 44.
BMI: 23.95 Age: ? Training time: 42 mins.
Didn't have time to check my age on the Wii since I was having dinner immideatly when we got home. I actually threw my clothes off and put on my training clothes and jumped on the wii. It's a gain but meh, I guess I'll live trough it?
But anyway, a bit after dinner I got upstrair to train, eventhough I wasnt in the mood. Did 30 minutes of free steps and then went for free jogging for 10 minutes. And I simply ended it with the Palm tree pose, for my ankles.
It's quite annoying though, I walk a lot at work so even when I wake up in the morning, I can feel it in my legs. Bleh.

Well I do think -0.3kgs is a bit too much but I'm not complaining. But I knew there would be a loss today! I cut my hair so yeah, go figure.
That's also why I didnt train today, it all became so late + The canadians are here now. But hopefully that won't be a problem tomorrow, since I want to make up for today.
Also, my goal is in 152 days. I have to lose 0.03kgs everyday to get there so I do think its do able, hehe.

Well I started off with some yoga for 10 minutes, not the best scores. Then I headed off and did 8 minutes of mucle workout, including 10 jackknifes and the parallel stretch. Then I went it was time for aerobics. Island jogging and super hoola hoop as usually and for once I went for the step plus again. I used to do it in the begning but its not really "hard" enough for me. But anyway, set a new record which is great.
Then I ended with the yoga for 2 minutes, the palm tree pose.

Okay okay, not over 30 minutes but I was actually heading to a concert and I wanted to spend some time with my boyfriend and his friends, for gaming. And also, when I got on the wii.. foot pain, as I had these last days. And its friday and I'm tierd. So I simply played some balance games but ended up not playing more than 11 minutes, unfortunatly.

Wow, BMI was annoying to check today. First I got .22 but I thought that was too much, so I tried again and got .18. Decided to try again and this time I got .14 and thats what I'll stick with. A slight gain but it's decent.
Any way, ankle still hurting (walked alot at work today) so I went for 20 minutes of free steps and then I just spent 11 minutes on balance games. Tried some different ones and wow, snowboard is hard, haha.
Also, my total training time passed 20 hours so my Wiifit piggy turned into a silver pig, too cute!

Did the test you do to calculate your age and I got 100 points on the walking test, 50% balance on each foot. Made me pretty happy since I've gotten pretty crappy results before.
So, immediatly when I got home from work I went up and did free steps for 20 minutes. Dad wasn't home so I had the time for it.
After I made dinner and relaxed a bit, I went for 10 minutes of jogging, island jogging. Burnrate of 274%. Then I did yoga for 10 minutes to cool down.
My ankle is still hurting so I am trying to be careful, which makes it harder for me to train. But I try to train every day atleast!

Went out for a walk with my mom today instead, for a little over 1 hour, so I figured that I didn't have to play on the Wii that long today.
I started out with muscle workout and did the singel leg extension for 2 minutes. Then I quickly switched over to hoola hoops for 3 minutes and then immediatly back to muscle training. The lunge this time, which is pretty tough but I really feel that my muscles are working hard.

Wasn't feeling like it but I put on 30 mins of Free step so I could watch some tv atleast. The only problem was that one of the first steps I made, I slipped with my toe and it started hurting. So I had to walk 30 mins with a hurting toe. It still hurts now, after waking up in the morning so that's no good.

But I calculated and according to the Wiifit I lost 2.7kg all in all, which is quite alot. To be honest, in reality it more like -2-2.5kgs, but that's still alot! Just hope I can pull myself together and train tomorrow.
